Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Replyline uses to operate the product, where that information comes from, and the choices available to you.

01

Who this policy covers

Replyline, the operator of replyline.app, is responsible for the personal data described here. This policy covers the public website, private product testing, authenticated workspaces, support, and operational emails.

Privacy questions can be sent to legal@replyline.app.

02

Account and workspace data

We use the email address attached to your account and the product information you add, including product URLs, descriptions, monitored queries, lead status, draft settings, notification settings, and workspace configuration.

We also keep limited security and operational records, such as sign-in events, contact rate-limit data, diagnostic logs, and anonymous web performance measurements.

03

Public Reddit content

Replyline evaluates public posts, comments, subreddit names, public usernames, timestamps, permalinks, and public engagement metadata. This information comes from public Reddit pages through retrieval services and is used to identify discussions relevant to a monitored product.

We do not ask for access to private Reddit messages or use Replyline to publish from a Reddit account.

04

Optional voice samples

If you choose to build a writing profile, Replyline can import public comments associated with the Reddit identity you provide. Those samples are used to summarize tone and prepare drafts in the selected workspace. You can choose not to use this feature.

05

Contact messages

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, topic, message, and any details you decide to include. We use that information only to route the request, reply, prevent form abuse, and keep necessary support records.

06

Why we use data

We use these categories to authenticate users, run monitored queries, score and organize public discussions, prepare requested drafts, send operational notifications, answer support requests, secure the service, and understand product reliability.

Lead scores and drafts are recommendations for a human reviewer. They do not make legal or similarly significant decisions about a person.

07

Lawful bases

Depending on the activity and your location, we rely on performance of our agreement with you, legitimate interests in operating and securing Replyline, consent for an optional choice where required, and compliance with legal obligations.

Our legitimate interests include filtering public discussions for relevance, preventing abuse, diagnosing failures, and improving the reliability of the service without overriding individual rights.

08

Sharing and service providers

We share data only with the categories needed to run Replyline: hosting and performance infrastructure, authentication and database services, email delivery, public-content retrieval, AI processing, and an integration you deliberately connect. Providers process data under their own contractual and security terms, and some processing may occur outside your country.

Service-provider reference

The current reference is Vercel, Supabase, Resend, ScrapeCreators, OpenRouter, and Slack (only when you connect it). OpenRouter may route a request to a selected model provider. This list is kept here as an operational disclosure rather than product marketing.

09

How long we keep data

Account and workspace records are generally kept while the workspace is active. Product, query, lead, and draft history remains while it is needed for the service. Support and security records remain only as long as reasonably needed to resolve requests, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, or establish legal claims. We delete or anonymize records when those purposes no longer apply.

10

Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may ask us to access, correct, export, or delete personal data, restrict or object to certain processing, or withdraw consent for an optional feature. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Send a request from the email connected to your account to legal@replyline.app. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.

11

Security and changes

We use access controls, encrypted connections, managed infrastructure, and limited service credentials to protect the product. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

We will update this page when data practices materially change and will give additional notice when the law requires it.
